Proflex Back Supports for My Achin’ Back

Ah, my back’s been better today — much better — and all without having used any Proflex back supports!  Not that them belts ain’t helpful, mind you; just that, thank Goodness, my back’s improved after all the work it’s had to do Monday evening!  I rode forty miles on my bicycle — after having done some pretty intense deadlifts!  Especially considering that I have a bad back for real: an MRI showed a prolapsed disc in the lumbar region which unfortunately hasn’t healed in all these years…at least not much; not back to like how it used to be.  Still, due to advancing middle age I am definitely considering using weightbelts now.
